These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Anti-Goon mobile application (“the App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
The App is provided worldwide and is intended for general self-help and informational purposes only.
These Terms apply to all users regardless of country of residence.
The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or the legal guardian of a minor 13–17 years old who is permitted to use the App under your supervision.
The App is a self-help and habit-tracking tool designed for motivational and behavioural support.
The App does NOT provide:
medical advice,
psychological advice,
therapeutic advice,
diagnosis,
treatment,
professional counselling.
You acknowledge that no part of the App should be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health services.
Consult a qualified professional if you have concerns regarding addiction, compulsive behaviour, or your mental well-being.
The App may offer optional in-app subscriptions.
All payments are processed solely by your device’s respective app store:
Google Play (Android)
Apple App Store (iOS)
The developer does not have access to your payment data.
Cancellation, refunds, billing issues, or subscription disputes must be handled through the app store used to make the purchase, in accordance with their policies.
By using the App, you agree that you will NOT:
misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means,
reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or copy the App,
use the App in violation of laws or regulations,
use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others,
rely on the App for medical decision-making.
You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any outcomes associated with habit management or behavioural changes.
All content in the App —including text, graphics, UI layouts, icons, designs, feature mechanics, progress displays, and logos— is the property of the developer (Caleb James Palmer).
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit written permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Anti-Goon Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy can be found at your official website where you host it.
The App uses Unity Technologies for:
hardware statistics,
engine performance data,
device identification for technical purposes.
These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of use.
The developer does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their behaviour.
You acknowledge that your use of the App may involve automatic transmission of limited non-personal data to Unity.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The developer does NOT guarantee:
accuracy or completeness of any content,
uninterrupted or error-free operation,
prevention of relapse or behavioural outcomes,
improvements in mental or sexual health,
suitability of the App for any specific purpose.
You use the App entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer (Caleb James Palmer) shall NOT be liable for:
any damages arising from use or inability to use the App,
emotional, psychological, behavioural, or physical consequences,
loss of data, profit, revenue, or reputation,
reliance on any content within the App.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.
The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
Your access to the App may be terminated if you:
violate these Terms,
misuse the App,
engage in harmful or illegal activity related to the App.
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are intended for worldwide use.
However, to the extent legally permitted, they are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising from the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts unless otherwise required by local law.
